Sawmill Buzz-Saw

The Buzz Saw, also commonly called the Buzzer or Whirligig, has been a popular noisemaker in Europe and America at least since the 17th century.  Made of wood with teeth cut around the outside of the circle, resembling a circular saw blade, which help make the whirring noise when wound.
